2025 New Year Cleanse

Directions: heat water in a pot and bring to a boil and then add 1/3 of the cleanse mixture. If taking a bath, soak for at least 15 minutes and add cold water to reach your desired temperature. If showering, gradually pour the mixture over yourself. You can also cleanse by placing herbs in an organza mesh bag and gently rubbing it over your body. This bag can also be used during a bath if you prefer to maintain the herbs in a bag (like a teabag for example) rather than everywhere in the water. 

Cleanse can be used for more than one person - with the whole container divided into 3, multiple people can reap the benefits! Or, if you prefer, cleanse up to 3 times yourself.
