✨HOW TO DO A RITUAL BATH:
- (OPTIONAL) Prepare your materials: intention candles, crystals (amethyst and quartz are both great choices for ritual baths). 
- Add some bath soak to the included organza bag and place it in your bath water, or under the shower stream.
- If using the bath method soak for 20-30 minutes, allowing your mind to quiet, your body to relax, your eyes to rest, and the universe to work its magic as you tune in.
- If you choose to use the shower stream method, you may stand there for as long as you need.
